The Retrainspective has become an unmissable end-of-year rendezvous between SNCF Connect and its users. In 2025, it aims to go further by turning travel data into a moment of self-discovery, where each journey becomes a reflection of a unique way of traveling.

Transform raw travel data into personal stories. Move beyond statistics to create an experience that speaks to emotions, where travelers get to (re)discover themselves and build a stronger sense of proximity between users and the brand.

Answer

For this new edition, we turned travel data into an immersive, ultra-personalized experience. Through gamification and data storytelling, users unlock virtual accessories and build a unique avatar with over 800,000 possible combinations, bringing their travel story and the brand closer to them.
