Brief
Create a social media content that highlights the performance of the CORUM L’Épargne sailing team.
Opportunity
Show the sail competition in the details: its difficulties, and exceptional hard conditions. Allow people to understand its greatness by providing keys of understanding and points of comparison references to everyday life. The idea is not to produce a purely educational content but to focus on the emotion and sensations of sport.
Answer
Build the video around a delicate sailing maneuver: a jibe. Show it in a simple, almost innocuous way. Then, return in detail to each stage of its execution with emphasis on fundamental data : IMOCA, external conditions, skippers, sailing techniques. The aim of a jibe maneuver is to maintain a heading while maintaining maximum speed and performance. All this by adapting and capitalizing on variable external conditions. Weather, ocean, IMOCA, physical and mental conditions.

S’en remettre au bateau, à sa technologie et à ses partis pris de conception…
