The previous Meeting & Events offer description was rational. Club Med HQ tasked us to define an emotional promise of the M&E benefits offered to the people who are going to live the experience they’re providing.

Opportunity

To make a striking promise we put ourselves in the shoes of the person who will be targeted by the offer: the HR director hassling to organize a seminar and who needs to get the elements validated by their boss, the professional who’s reluctantly packing for yet another convention abroad

(he’s been to 5 in the last 3 months), the future bride
