How can Lay’s Paysanne spark nationwide awareness and excitement around its new regional flavours by turning them into the centerpiece of a fun, entertaining YouTube challenge that resonates with young audiences during summer?

Brief

Create one of the most radiant Youtube videos of the summer – to spark awareness around the new Lay’s Paysanne regional flavours: Tapenade & Roscoff Onion.

Opportunity

Partner up with Michou, one of the most followed Youtuber in France, and his acolyte Timoute, to create a fun and entertaining video that will drive impressions and views around our concept and products.

Answer

Lay’s Paysanne challenged the duo to organize the best regional aperitif in one day: Michou was in the Lubéron region to promote the tapenade flavour, while Timoute was in Brittany, home of the Roscoff onions. 

They each had 24 hours to meet all the requirements for a perfect regional aperitif: meet with a local producer to ensure the best food pairing with their Chips, find a local artist to participate in the evening’s entertainment, prepare a place to hold the aperitif and… recruit as many people as possible!
